1994:
- Establishment of Women for Women Forum
- Health camp held twice a year to 1000 women
- Income generation program, training for knitting, sewing and doll making, held for 250 women
1995:
- Awareness regarding trafficking of girls and women
- Lobbying for property rights for women
1996:
- Worked with Global Fund for Women to provide goat farming training for 50 families in Rauthad in 5 VDCs
1998-9:
- Worked with local government to provide training programs for 375 women in candle making, noodle, papaad, dolmote and potato chip making
2000:
- Worked with NCAC (WHO) to provide HIV/AIDS universal precaution training in 5 districts to 450 people

2002-4:
- Computer training to 100 young women
- Worked with Unnti Foundation in India (1 year) to establish a school for children belonging to low income groups and dropouts for 70 children. Program ran until March 2011, at which time it was turned over to the community to run.
2005-11:
- Started work with Heifer International, providing a holistic approach to women's empowerment. The process was divided into three phases which covered value awareness, gender training, livelihood training, health and environment.

- Establishment of an emergency fund for all women’s groups, wherein the participants contribute small amounts of money each month for a women who may need immediate funding in the case of an urgent situation

Biogas Plant for use of manure into energy

- Provide money to a community for 50 toilets to be made, and once the loan is
paid back, give money to another community for 50 toilets to be made
To date 100 toilets have been built
